It’s organized by the leveling rollers, leveling roller supporting box, supporting rollers and upper supporting rollers’ box For the leveling machine, it has 2-level, 4-level and 6-level structure.

--Material of the leveling roller is 40CrMo, normalizing treatment, thermal refining and quenching treatment (HRC60), with good strength, rigidity and hardness.

It’s organized by driving equipment, warm and gear and feed screw nut.

The motor drive the upper roller frame ascending or descending through the warm and gear and feed screw nut. It can be adjusted according the different thickness and discharging angle. Two optional adjusting way, one is adjusted by motor another one is adjusted by manual. The adjusting value can be set and be showed out.

--Central lubricating system
